ARCI'S
PLACE PRESENTS PRISCILLA LOPEZ & PAIGE PRICE

ARCI'S
PLACE (450 Park Avenue South, NYC - 212-532-4370 - http://www.arcisplace.com/)
continues its ""Broadway Series" by presenting Broadway stars making
rare or debut cabaret appearances. This allows audiences an opportunity
to see their favorite Broadway stars in a more intimate setting. Most
recently Donna McKechnie, Sam Harris and Karen Mason enjoyed successful
engagements there. Beginning on December 11th, Priscilla Lopez, the
original Morales in the Broadway production of "A Chorus Line," debuts
a new cabaret act. "What I Did For Love" will showcase Ms. Lopez's
unique talent with songs ranging from jazz and pop standards to the
songs from "A Chorus Line" with which she will always be associated
-- "Nothing" and the dancers' anthem, "What I Did For Love." Fellow
Chorus Line alum Thommie Walsh directs and Seth Rudetsky serves as
Musical Director.
On
December 18th, Arci's Place welcomes Paige Price ("Saturday Night
Fever") who will present her show "The eX-Files." Ms. Price calls
her show a "tongue-in-cheek hour that documents, skewers and ironically
laments the true (and truly unbelievable) love and lust stores of
its author." Through a pastiche of stand-up, blues and rock & roll,
our seemingly ingenuie-ish heroine takes us though hilarious nightmares,
featuring characters from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and finally, New
York City. Recounted from a decidedly female perspective, but by no
means a harangue, "The eX-Files" may render the phrase Date-From-Hell
obsolete! Peter Flynn directs and Ms. Price is supported by the Dave
Keyes Band, original members of the Broadway company of Smokey Joe's
Cafœ.
Priscilla Lopez in "What
I Did For Love" will play Tuesday through Thursday at 7:00 pm and
Friday and Saturday at 11:00 pm. (December 11th - December 15th).
Paige Price in The eX-Files" will play Tuesday through Thursday at
7:00 pm and Friday and Saturday at 11:00 pm (December 18th - December
22nd). Tickets to the shows are $30 with a $15 food/drink minimum.
Reservations are strongly suggested.
Ms. Lopez first came to
national attention as the original Morales in the Broadway production
of "A Chorus Line" performing "Nothing" and "What I Did For Love,"
earning a Tony nomination and an Obie award. Prior to her show-stopping
performance, Priscilla made her Broadway debut in the short-lived
musical "Breakfast at Tiffany's," followed by roles in "Henry Sweet
Henry," "Company," "Pippin" and "Lysistrata." Following "A Chorus
Line," Priscilla starred in and received a Tony Award for her role
as Harpo in" A Day in Hollywood ... A Night in The Ukraine." She followed
with roles in "Nine" and "The Sisters Rozenweig." Off-Broadway, Priscilla
has appeared in "Other People's Money," "Key Exchange" and "Extremities."

Cafœ," was an original Silly Girl in Broadway's "Beauty & the Beast"
and also performed the role of "Belle." Recordings include the CD
"Our Hearts Sing" for Jerome Records, the sound track for the feature
film "He Said/She Said," and a benefit album for the Humane Society
for Jamie deRoy which is currently being recorded. On Halloween, a
new online video series entitled "Anarchy Online" debuted, featuring
Paige's voice as series star Eleena Oak. In addition to appearing
in the first season of the NBC hit "Ed," her numerous TV & Film appearances
include "All The Right Moves" (with Tom Cruise), "The New Kids," "Newhart,"
"The Equalizer," movies of the week and After school specials. Other

Want To Get Off" starring Peter Scolari. In her New York debut, Paige
appeared at Carnegie Hall in "Gay Divorce." Paige is a survivor of
the National Tour of the Tommy Tune musical "Busker Alley" and toured
