John Miller hosts a special black-tie party, and Christine does
her show. Evening begins at 8:30 pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres,
followed by a five-course dinner and a bottle of champagne per couple.
Johnny Rodgers provides piano entertainment. $250 per person.
Andrea
Marcovicci at THE ALGONQUIN OAK ROOM (59 West 44th Street, NYC

A five-course dinner begins at 8:30 pm, and Andrea does her show
at 10:30 pm. There's dancing, and Andrea leads a champagne toast
at midnight. $400 per person.
Bobby
Short at THE CAFE CARLYLE (35 East 76th Street, NYC - 212-744-1600):
Dinner, which comes with a bottle of wine and Champagne, begins
at 9:30 pm, with Bobby's show at 11:15 pm. As a souvenir, you get
a signed copy of one of Bobby's CDs. $450 per person. At 1:30 am,
Bobby does a late show (no food or champagne included). $75 a person.

pm. Resnik's program will include some of her favorite songs by
composers both legendary (Kander & Ebb) and contemporary (Jason

is a $20 cover, 2-drink minimum.
KMC &
CO. will be at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago,

to kick off the New Year's Eve festivities at 7:00 pm with their
new show "The Very Best of 'Times,'" celebrating "time," with selections
that demonstrate the reflective, happy, hopeful, and promising periods
of "time" in our lives. The show features the vocal talents of:
Andrea Behegan Gough, Keith M. Cornell, Tairen M. Foster, and Allison
H. Whittier, with Lisa Podraza on piano. There is a $15 cover -
2-drink minimum.
